Payments & Subscriptions

This page describes payments for EZO subscriptions and tokens. By paying you confirm you have read these terms, the Public Offer (version 2026-08-08) and the Privacy Policy.

1. Payment methods

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir where available), SBP, App Store / Google Play, and other regional methods. Processed by certified partners. EZO does not store card data.

2. Prices

RF card/SBP: Plus 3 260 ₸/mo or 31 430 ₸/yr; Pro 4 920 ₸/mo or 46 900 ₸/yr; Pro+ 7 130 ₸/mo or 67 890 ₸/yr. Tokens from от 1 390 ₸. Store prices may differ.

3. Billing cycle

First charge at checkout; then on the period end date during that calendar day (RF reference: Moscow time). Before checkout the app shows periodicity and requires unchecked-by-default consent with a link to the Offer.

4–8. Cancel, refunds, price changes, consent history, support

Cancel in-app, via the store, or billing@ezo.app (≥24h before next charge recommended). Access lasts until period end. Refunds per consumer law and store rules. Price-change notice ≥10 days. Consent history is retained. Support: billing@ezo.app.
