Privacy Policy (Republic of Kazakhstan)

This Policy describes collection, processing, storage, protection and destruction of personal data of EZO users in the Republic of Kazakhstan under Law No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and related RK laws.

2. Storage

Personal data is stored only on the user’s device. The server stores anonymized information that does not allow uniquely identifying a data subject and is not personal data under RK personal-data law. Full card data is not stored.

3–9. Categories, purposes, consent, rights

On-device personalization data; on-server anonymized technical/subscription/payment facts. Consent is given on registration, payment and UI marks (including recurring billing); withdrawal via privacy@ezo.app. Recurring-consent history is retained as anonymized audit records. Subjects may exercise rights under RK law regarding any personal data that may appear in voluntary support requests.
