These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of EZO: https://ezo-app.ru, the mobile app and related services (https://ezo-app.ru/backend).

The Terms apply together with the Public Offer, Privacy Policies (RF / RK / BY), Personal Data Consent and payment terms. For billing, the Offer and “Payments & Subscriptions” prevail.

By using the service you accept these Terms.

1–2. Subject

EZO grants a non-exclusive license to use the service. Content is informational/entertainment only — not medical, legal or financial advice and not a guarantee of events.

3–4. Account and rules

Keep credentials secure. Do not disrupt the service, break the law, distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, or bypass payments/technical limits.

5. Personal data

See the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Consent. Personal data is stored only on your device. The server processes anonymized information that does not uniquely identify a data subject.

6. Paid features

Subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Public Offer and “Payments & Subscriptions”.

7–10. Liability, law, changes, contacts

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by RF/RK/BY consumer law. Disputes: negotiation, then competent court under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Claims: support@ezo.app, billing@ezo.app. New versions are published on the site.
